As part of the Flexicare expansion plans, they are seeking Brand Builders throughout the UK who will provide the Flexicare services on a national basis. As a Flexicare Brand Builder you will be responsible for delivery the Flexicare service in an exclusive geographical location.
Ideally, you will have some knowledge of the nursing sector and some business experience. However, this is not crucial, we would like Brand Builders to be able to put their heart and soul into the company and have an affinity with the unique Operations and Spiritual Manual.
This is not just about policies and procedures but about how to do things. How you do things is just as important in the industry as what you do. Our business format has been designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible; however, running a Flexicare franchise can be extremely hard work. Our prime concern is to ensure that the care services we provide are high in quality and meet existing legislation.
As an individual, you must have high personal standards and a commitment to providing a quality service to people who in most cases are very vulnerable. You need to be organised, motivated and have a determination to succeed. We will assign a franchise mentor at the start of the process who will be with you every step of the way, to offer assistance, guidance, support and advice to make sure your business succeeds!
The Flexicare franchise offers all of the training and support that you need to help get your business off the ground. The business itself operates in a well regulated environment and you will also have to pass the Care Quality Commission and validation process. We own the Copyright, Intellectual Property and Registered Trademark of the Flexicare brand for the UK and Europe. Flexicare Home Services UK Ltd head office is a CIEH Accredited training centre which franchisees and their staff have access to. In addition, Flexicare Flying Squad is a unique group of specialist trainers who travel to the franchisees office to ensure that staff are trained to the highest level and educated on all aspects of care thus ensuring that all personal assistants provide knowledge based care to uphold the premier services of Flexicare.
