- Emotional & Psychological Needs
We understand that your psychological well-being affects your physical health and quality of life. Our care provision focuses on how you feel alongside caring for your personal and health needs. Working with a preventative approach, we aim to improve and maintain your well-being and satisfaction with life.
- Concerns
If you feel burdened by concerns that are affecting your emotional well-being and need someone to explain the choices available to you, we may be able to assist. We work in partnership with reputable and confidential organisations, such as Age (UK), to provide free information and to arrange visits to discuss what can be done about your concerns. If you wish, we can provide further information, or arrange a visit for you in the comfort of your own home.

We provide care and support to adults with all health concerns. If you wish, we can work with the healthcare professionals involved in the management of your healthcare to provide a more joined-up approach to your overall care provision. We have registered nurses who manage the care provision of specialist and complex cases. - Personality & Interests
The world would not be the interesting place it is, without all the different personalities and interests. Respecting your individuality is important to us so we spend time with you, getting to know you as a person. We match carers, as much as possible, against your personality and interests. - Preferences and Choice
Our services are tailored to you and take into account your unique needs, desires, preferences, wishes and choices.
We appreciate people have different preferences. We spend time with you to find out what your preferences are so we can build a care plan that suits you. Preferences can be about anything, for example the time you would like your meals served. We support your right to make choices and will provide information to enable you make informed choices about the type of support you need and want. We also know that your needs or wishes may change, and therefore we arrange a review of your care plan on a regular basis. You can also ask for a review at any time. - Telecare and/or Telehealth suitability
Telecare and telehealth are technologies used to support people in need of care and support. They can play an important role in helping people live independently, in their own home. We work in partnership with reputable organisations to provide further information and to arrange assessments for such technologies. If you wish, we can arrange an assessment for you so you can decide if the technologies would be beneficial to you. We can also help you get accustomed to any new equipment in the early days of use.
Telecare systems include
Personal alarms
Activity monitoring
Fall detectors
Medication reminders
Environmental sensors (e.g. gas, water left on)
Location sensors (e.g. to help trace a relative who has wandered off).
Telehealth is a way of monitoring your health at home and sending the results through to your doctor or community nurse. Telehealth can monitor many conditions including diabetes, asthma, heart conditions, blood pressure and depression.
